Upcoming Events and Activities
 Church
Picnic:
Our annual church picnic will be on June 6th.
Come out for fellowship and fun! We will have games for
children and youth, good food from the grill, ice cream, songs, and
plenty of time to enjoy each other's company. This
year the picnic will be held at the Trinity United Methodist
Activity center on South College Road next to Cape Fear Academy.
 Fellowship
Bus Trip:
Each month a group of WPPC goes on a bus outing. Past trips
have gone to New Bern, Southport, and Brookgreen Gardens.
This Month: Lunch at the Pilot House
Restaurant on the Cape Fear River. Meet at the church on
June 10th at 11:30am. Please reserve your
seat by Monday, June 7th!
 Kirkwood
Family Retreat:
Friday, August 27th we will have a family retreat at Camp Kirkwood.
All youth are invited. Children and parents are also invited.
We will spend the night in the cabins, cookout for dinner, sing
under the stars and have evening worship on the dock.
Kirkwood Church Retreat:
Saturday, August 28th at 11:00am. Children, youth and adults
of all ages are invited to come to Kirkwood for a picnic lunch,
games, songs, Bible study, canoeing, swimming and more!
Our bus will leave the church at 10:30am for those who would like a
ride. Please call the church in advance to reserve your seat.
Tuesday Morning Bible Study
We meet Tuesdays at 9:00am in The AH classroom on the second
floor.
Currently we are on Summer Break. We will begin again
in August with a study of 1st Corinthinas.
 Fellowship
Dinner Outing:
Each month we have a fellowship dinner somewhere around
Wilmington.
